"The Office of Institutional Diversity (OID) has been instrumental in me re-introducing myself into the world. There was a period of time when I tended to stay in my room a lot, but the OID helped me facilitate healthy relationships with others of similar minority backgrounds. 

The OID has really helped expand my thoughts on institutional racism and other social issues. I really appreciate what the OID stands for and how it's so inclusive of all identities."
