My name is Teofanny. I am a student at Pomona College studying Public Policy/Sociology and Asian American Studies.

This project arose out of my personal journey to understanding my racial/ethnic identity, especially in relation to the Claremont Colleges.

I am deeply grateful for the Asian American Studies department and courses like ASAM 128: Body Art in the Diaspora for which this project was created. (Thank you, Todd, for your consistently insightful take on mindblowing concepts.)

I would like to thank each of the individuals who generously volunteered their time, personal experiences, and thoughts to make this project a success.
